I'm Roshni.

My pilates journey began during the pandemic. As a mom of two and a hairstylist, I’d gained weight and developed poor posture from years of putting my own health on the back burner. I started running and quickly dropped the weight, but I still didn’t feel strong or aligned. That’s when I found pilates during an intro class in the Bay Area—it challenged me in all the right ways, and I immediately knew it was what my body needed.

From that moment on, I was hooked. Pilates helped me reconnect with my body, build core strength, and create a sense of balance I never thought possible. It also showed me how movement could be purposeful and powerful. As someone who also cross-trains and runs, pilates has helped me stay injury-free and move with better form and awareness.


Now, my mission as a pilates instructor is to help women feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies—especially when life gets overwhelming. I take a fitness-forward approach that blends traditional pilates with props like the magic circle or ball, and a hint of barre-inspired movement. You’ll work hard, sweat, and most importantly, leave feeling empowered by what your body can do.

I’ve completed 500 hours of comprehensive pilates certification through Club Pilates. The program included in-depth training on all major Pilates apparatus:

  • Jumpboard
  • Cadillac
  • Chair
  • Ladder Barrel
  • Spine Corrector
  • Magic Circle


I’m also certified in:


  • TRX
  • Barre
  • Trigger Point Therapy


In addition to Club Pilates, I’ve dedicated extra time to continuing education and deepening my understanding through Stott Pilates training as well.
